Where does county jurisdiction end and Oxnard's begin inside Channel Islands Harbor?
The harbor itself is owned and operated by the Ventura County Harbor Department, but jurisdiction inside it isn't uniform: county reporting places the boundary at the Harbor Boulevard bridges, with Mandalay Bay, Seabridge, Westport, Harbour Island, the NRG plant, and the land north of the bridges falling under City of Oxnard jurisdiction rather than the county's.
Is Oxnard's Silver Strand Beach the same as Silver Strand State Beach?
