Chatsworth Single Family Residence for rent

Lake Manor Chatsworth -- 3BR + Loft, Primary Bedroom on the Main Level The floorplan is what sets this one apart. The primary bedroom sits downstairs with a full bath and an open loft beside it -- no stairs at the end of the day, and a real workspace that isn't a bedroom you sacrificed. Upstairs, two generously sized bedrooms and a second full bath stay separate from the main living area, so the household isn't stacked on top of each other. The kitchen was remodeled properly, not cosmetically: quartz counters, stainless appliances, white shaker cabinets, dark hardwood floors. It opens straight onto a deck that runs the width of the house and looks out at the hills. You cook and you're outside -- no hauling plates around the side of the house. Central A/C throughout, which matters in a two-story in the West Valley come August. Two-car garage plus two driveway spaces, so four cars park without anyone circling the block. Laundry in the garage. Private backyard with a spa. Owner covers weekly gardener service.
